Shed Talk with Mananui Ramsden

Mananui Ramsden, Cultural Land Management Advisor at ECan led a farm walk along the banks of Harts Creek.

Attendees saw the riparian planting the Chamberlain and Barnett families had begun.

Topics covered included; an insight into what Mahinga Kai means and how that relates to farming practices, food and natural resources, how to approach your Farm Environment Plan and riparian planting.

The walk was followed by a social BBQ on the banks of the creek.
