Rabobank is again running a series of workshops focused on rural financial skills.
Module Two is an interactive workshop with practical hands-on skills in mastering your business through budgeting and understanding the risks and opportunities.
Module 2 expands on the areas of looking forward, recognising a significant variation to plan, and how best to communicate this. Understanding your key numbers within the current season, helps to plan actions that can be taken if your budget or cashflow is deviating from plan.
It is not mandatory to have completed Module 1 first.
